Processing Workflow

Initial Sorting & Trimming‌

First, the raw materials pass through a ‌6-station sorting table‌ to remove roots and leaves.

Cutting Process‌

The trimmed materials are then conveyed to a ‌multi-functional vegetable cutter‌ (for slicing, shredding, etc.).

First Washing Stage‌

After cutting, the product is elevated into a ‌vortex washing machine‌ for the first cleaning cycle.

Vibration Dewatering & Impurity Removal‌

The washed materials undergo ‌vibration dewatering‌ to remove excess water and residual impurities.

Second Washing Stage‌

A ‌secondary wash‌ is performed, followed by another round of ‌vibration dewatering‌ for enhanced cleanliness.

Transfer to plastic basket‌

The cleaned product is transported via a ‌bi-directional conveyor‌ into  plastic basket.

Optional Dehydration‌

If required, a ‌centrifugal dehydrator‌ can be used for further moisture reduction.
