The circular segmenting saw performs pre-cutting of pork carcasses, positioned above the conveyor belt. When carcasses pass beneath, the saw divides them into three sections (forequarter, middle, and hindquarter) with smooth low-speed cutting that prevents bone fragmentation and residue, minimizing product waste. The cantilevered design ensures operational stability.
